Dear Ms Horváth, I am sorry about this. This was a miscommunication with our Sales team and the printer regarding the files you sent us.. As you brought in your own "Kraft paper" which is not laser guaranteed, where fact we tried it, but said it was not suitable with our machines so we also used our own near shade paper. The original charge given of 25.00 inclusive of paper mistakenly was left on the ticket so afterwards we refunded 10.00.. If you would like to call I would be more than happy to refund you the total 15.00 Paid..

Extremely dissatisfied, and they know why. I was mistakenly overcharged from the original quote PLUS the printed the wrong file in error. I should have insisted on getting a full refund but I respectfully only asked to be paid back for the overcharging and additional paper expenses (as everyone makes mistakes), but I only got paid back half of that (in cash). Worst of it all is that the print outs turned out horrible.

Rude customer service at the front desk. The person that served me did not take time to understand my need. I was told the prices in a rush and as a (business) customer I was not told how the price was worked out . I decided not buy after feeling really unwelcome in this shop.

As a returning customer, I knew there was absolutely no other printer that would be able to provide the same EXCELLENT customer service as Graham. I was so impressed with Graham the last time I used first point print that even though I have moved to Surrey, I knew there was no one else that I would trust to print my wedding invites (which were a unique slightly complex design that I and a friend had created). Graham did not disappoint & went above and beyond to help bring my vision to life :)!! He even created a guide to ensure all the pages lined up on the invite, making the assembling phase for me an absolute breeze - showing Graham's phenomenal attention to detail & proactivity. A HUGE thank you from me for making what could have been a stressful process, so easy and enjoyable! We've had such a positive response to our wedding invites!
